Monitor daily opening and closing procedures for the food truck.
Coordinate food preparation and service during peak business hours and special events.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of food, beverages, and supplies before and after each shift.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder food, packaging materials, condiments, and cleaning supplies.
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers' complaints or concerns
