Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the food service team, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage and schedule staff, including servers, kitchen helpers, and other food service personnel.
Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance to maintain high service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining and food service areas.
Assist in menu planning, portion control, and cost management to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Enforce internal policies and procedures, including workplace safety and government food handling regulations.

Skills & Qualification:
Completion of secondary school is required.
1 year of experience of supervising and coaching staff in food preparation or service is preferred.
Attention to detail, problem-solving, conflict management.
Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
The wage for this position is $17.00 -$19.00 per hour
Working hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 30-35 hours/week
Two weeks of vacation yearly or 4% of annual remuneration
