Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Receive and organize deliveries of stock
Carrying/Lifting heavy boxes

Requirements.
Education: Completion of secondary education is required
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required. If the candidate does not have 2 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or a related discipline is required
Familiarity with espresso-based drinks, pastries, sandwiches and café operations
Ability to supervise at least 12 workers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Salary: $36.00 hourly, 30 – 40 hours per week
