Job title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)
Wage: $18.00/hour
Work hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 35 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary
Job duties
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of servers, cashiers, and kitchen support staff during daily restaurant operations
Ensure customers receive high-quality food and professional customer service at all times
Assist with serving food and beverages, taking customer orders, and handling customer requests during busy periods when necessary
Greet customers and help maintain a positive dining experience
Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and training to improve efficiency and service standards
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees on restaurant procedures, food safety, and customer service standards
Resolve customer complaints and handle special requests in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations according to company policies and local standards
Assist management with opening and closing procedures, daily reports, and operational planning
Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is a must.
Previous experience in food service supervision or a similar role is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations
Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong sense of responsibility
