Job duties
Supervise and schedule servers, counter staff, and packaging staff to make sure daily service runs smoothly, especially during busy hours.
Check dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders to make sure they are packed correctly, labelled properly, and prepared according to allergy or special requests.
Welcome customers, arrange seating, answer questions, and help with special requests.
Monitor staff performance, make sure customers receive good service, and handle complaints in a polite and timely manner.
Train new servers and counter staff on customer service, POS use, food safety, and workplace procedures.
Check and order front-of-house supplies such as boxes, bags, utensils, and condiments, and help reduce waste.
Oversee POS operations, check daily sales receipts, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is a must.
At least one year of supervisory or senior experience in food service, table service, or front-of-house operations in a restaurant environment.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; able to stay calm and organized in a high-volume setting.
Positive, customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and career growth.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
