• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor or manager is required
Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the food counter, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to company standards, and smooth coordination between food prep, customer service, and back-end operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures specific to the fast-food service environment, including food safety protocols, order preparation timelines, and customer service standards to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee the onboarding and training of food service supervisors and counter attendants, ensuring staff are trained according to company and health safety standards.
• Create and adjust employee work schedules in coordination with food service supervisors and regularly monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and adherence to service standards.
• Manage inventory levels of food, packaging materials, and supplies; monitor product usage and wastage; and adjust ordering and pricing strategies to maintain profitability.
• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns or complaints regarding service quality or food items, ensuring prompt and professional handling in line with store policies.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts for food products, packaging, and cleaning supplies.
