Job Duties:
- Assess and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency

- Monitor revenues to control and evaluate labour costs

- Review and track staff performance to maintain service standards

- Plan, coordinate, and organize daily restaurant activities

- Analyze and manage budgets to maximize and sustain restaurant profitability

- Prepare budgets to track costs for food, beverages, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies

- Plan, coordinate, and organize daily restaurant activities

- Recruit, train, and onboard staff as needed

- Develop and assign staff work schedules

- Supervise and support staff in their daily roles

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback

- Contribute to marketing strategies and assist in their execution

- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly

- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
