Position: Food service manager
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, based on assigned schedule.

Job Duties
1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards.
2. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety to maintain QSC and health regulation compliance.
3. Manage inventory levels, place supply orders, and control labour and food costs to meet operational and sales targets.
4. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance while supporting employee development and retention initiatives.
5. Maintain customer relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize operational disruptions.
7. Prepare operational reports, respond to store emergencies as required, and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.

Employment Requirements
• Completion of a college diploma in business, hospitality, food service management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Previous experience in franchise operations or multi-unit food service management is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and reliability.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good attendance record and ability to comply with company policies and operational procedures.
