Hudson Roastery is hiring a Food Runner/Dishwasher in Hudson, NY to support both kitchen and dining room operations at its busy destination café. This is a hands-on hospitality role for someone who is comfortable working with customers while also handling dishes, table bussing, and general kitchen support.
Responsibilities:
• Run food orders from the open-air kitchen to customers.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service while delivering food.
• Clear and bus tables during service.
• Load and wash dishes efficiently.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team members.
• Help maintain an efficient and welcoming café environment.
Qualifications:
• Restaurant, café, hospitality, or food service experience is helpful.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Reliable and organized.
• Able to work in a busy environment.
• Willing to perform both customer-facing and kitchen support duties.
• Available for early morning shifts beginning at 6:30 a.m.
• Weekend availability, including split shifts, is required as scheduled.
Pay & Benefits:
• $16.00–$18.00 per hour
