Food Products Sales Representative Supervisor Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated food products sales representative supervisor to join our team. We specialize in wholesale trading and are looking for someone who is passionate about food products and eager to learn. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales staff. The role is physically demanding and requires someone who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
-Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and unique benefits of our food products.
-Review and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
-Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
-Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, especially collect feedback, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
-Estimate prices based on the list, or contract terms and delivery dates.
-Prepare sales contracts with distributors and customers if needed.
-Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, TikTok, etc.
-Supervise the activities of other sales representatives.

-Education: High school diploma.
-Previous experience: 2-3 years of work experience in sales or an occupation related to food products.
-Language: Chinese (Imperative), English (Fluent)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong skills in communication, persuasion, teamwork, and Microsoft Offices.
-Assets: leadership, business management, stress tolerance, customer service.
