• Completion of diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Food Science or a related field

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational and production targets.
• Develop and manage production schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the sauce manufacturing facility.
• Establish regular equipment maintenance schedules and recommend repairs or replacement of machinery when necessary to maintain production efficiency.
• Prepare, monitor and manage the departmental budget to ensure production operations are cost-effective and financially controlled.
• Monitor and evaluate daily production performance and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply and prevent production delays.
• Oversee and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, supervise and train production staff and ensure employees are properly trained on equipment and production procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and implement upgrades to machinery, equipment and operational systems.
