Food Counter Attendant Job

R&J Skys Incorporated O/A A&W Restaurant is actively looking to hire two (2) Food Counter Attendants for a permanent, full-time positions to work in our The Pas, Manitoba location.

Location: 1226 Gordon Avenue, The Pas, Manitoba, R9A 1L6.

The Food Counter Attendants shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job tasks:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and process payments.
• Prepare and package food and beverage orders while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Meet service time targets and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and customer service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Restock supplies and assist with general cleaning, opening/closing duties, and overall restaurant maintenance.
• Work cooperatively with team members to support smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Experience and Education Required:

• Some experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English

Wage and Hours: $17.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, overtime pay after 44 hours per week
