Employment Terms: Full Time – Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Food preparation and cooking:
a. Handle and manage raw food products in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
b. Prepare, cook, and assemble food (grill, fryer, oven) according to McDonald's standards and HACCP procedures.
c. Determine portion sizes, stock workstations, and ensure product availability.
d. Restock refrigerators and maintain records of food consumption.
e. Participate in loss prevention and inventory management of food, supplies, and equipment.
f. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment (grill, fryer) and production areas according to established schedules.

2. Counter, cashier, and drive-thru service:
a. Greet customers professionally, courteously, and with a positive attitude.
b. Present the menu, make suggestions, and answer questions about food and beverages. Take orders at the counter, drive-thru, and in the dining area, and relay them to the kitchen.
c. Process payments and handle cash accurately.
d. Serve orders quickly and accurately at the counter, in the dining area, outside, or to vehicles.
e. Address customer concerns using the ACTING method.

3. Beverage and dessert preparation:
a. Use equipment to prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, soft drinks).
b. Prepare desserts and other quick products.
c. Ensure the restocking of service counters

4. Maintenance and cleanliness:
a. Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
b. Clean the kitchen, preparation areas, and dining room. Participate in opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
c. All other related tasks.

Employment Requirements:
1. Education: Some secondary education is required.
2. Work Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is considered an asset but is not required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to all successful candidates

Working Hours: Minimum 7 hours/ day, 35 hours/week; Evening, night, or weekend shifts available depending on needs; 2 varied days off per week

Wage/Benefits: $16.60/hour / Dental Insurance, Disability Insurance, Extended Medical Insurance, uniforms provided free of charge except for shoes; group insurance after three months of full-time employment.
