Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Will train
Job duties:
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, trays, and seating areas.
• Portion and wrap food items according to standards.
• Handle and store cleaning agents safely and appropriately.
• Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in proper storage areas such as refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
• Transport clean dishes, cutlery, and other items to service areas and set tables appropriately.
• Clean and sanitize equipment such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually when required.
• Maintain records of food usage and quantities.
• Prepare and package take-out orders.
• Assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of simple menu items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet stations.
• Replenish refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage in accordance with procedures.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables for food preparation
