Food Counter Attendant/Kitchen Helper Job

Prepares, heats, and finishes cooking simple food items and serves customers at food counters.
Clears tables, cleans kitchen areas, and washes dishes to assist workers who prepare or serve food and beverages.
May receive payment for food items purchased and performs other duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, scraping and stacking dishes, and carrying linen to and from laundry areas.
