• Position: Food & Beverage Server (NOC 65200)
• Employer: Red Fin Sushi Ltd. operating as Red Fin Sushi & K-Food
• Work Location: #111-1983 Columbia Avenue, Castlegar, BC V1N 2W8, Canada
• Wage: $21.00 per hour, with an overtime rate of $31.50 per hour after 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week.
• Hours of Work: Minimum 30 hours per week.
• Employment Type: Permanent (indeterminate), non-seasonal, full-time position.
• Vacation & Benefits: 4% vacation pay and tips.
Job Duties
• Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information regarding food and beverage offerings.
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring accuracy and quality of service.
• Prepare and serve specialty items at patrons' tables when required.
• Present bills and process payments by cash, debit, or credit card in accordance with company procedures.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and beverage areas.
• Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards, strictly adhering to local health regulations and Red Fin's service policies.
Requirements
• Minimum Education: High school diploma.
• Experience and Skills: Prior work experience is considered an asset, and on-the-job training is provided to successful candidates.
• Certification and Licensing: No certification, licensing, or registration requirements.
