Now Hiring: Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor (Permanent F/T)

JC Pablo Packer Inc. is a food packing business that is operated out of Richmond, B.C. We have been in operation since 2019 helping to feed Canadian families.

We are currently seeking to hire a Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor (poultry packing) in a permanent, full time positions, to start as soon as possible. You will be working in a meat (poultry) packing establishment that is based out of Richmond, BC, working with our team. This is an on-site position. Our starting wage is $30.00/hour based upon a 35-hour work week. There is free parking available.

You should be willing to be flexible with shift work and on-call and willing to work overtime. Hours can be day, and evening. You must speak English with excellent oral communication skills. You should have completed high school and have between 1 to less than 7 months experience.

Specifically, you will minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process; train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; prepare production reports and other reports; recommend measure to improve productivity and product quality; supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers; establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units; requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. You will be supervising 3-4 people. You should have experience in quality control or assurance and have knowledge in CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) systems.

You should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment with strict attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is flexible, organized and a team player.
