Pressed Drive Thru Cafe is looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations at our drive-thru café. This role is responsible for team leadership, customer service and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day café operations
• Train and supervise team members
• Ensure high-quality customer service and fast order accuracy
• Manage inventory, ordering and product consistency
• Handle customer concerns and maintain service standards

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years experience in restaurant, café or retail management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset
