Responsibilities: -Manage daily food and beverage operations -Lead and develop front-of-house staff -Ensure high service standards and member satisfaction -Oversee scheduling, labor and cost control -Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams
Requirements: -3â7 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience -Strong leadership and operational skills -Experience in upscale dining or private clubs preferred
