Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take and book reservations.
3. Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
4. Take accurate food and drink orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
5. Process bills and handle payments.
6. Maintain a clean and organized dining and service areas.
7. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
8. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Employment Requirements:
1. Education: Completion of secondary school education is required.
2. Work Experience: Previous experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
3. Saskatchewan Serve It Right Certificate is required.
4. First Aid certificate is an asset but not mandatory.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Well spoken English, organized, punctual, reliable, quick learner, and trustworthy.
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; shift work schedule varies between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM depending on requests and volume of business; 2 varied days off per week
