Food Processing Supervisor (NOC 92012 – Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coordinate, schedule and review activities of staff/workers;
• Prepare daily work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth production flow;
• Address production-related issues and recommend ways to improve efficiency and product quality;
• Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stage of the food production process
• Train staff/workers on their job duties, safety practices, and company policies;
• Provide input on staffing decisions
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies;
• Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience
• Completion of secondary school
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills in all facets of duties and responsibilities
• Must be able to work overnight hours from 12:00 AM to 6:30 PM
