Job Description:
• Oversee, coordinate, and plan the activities of workers engaged in food and beverage processing.
• Develop strategies to meet work schedules.
• Resolve work issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Order materials and supplies as needed to maintain production schedules.
• Instruct staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Advise on personnel decisions such as hiring and promotions.
• Generate production and other reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of secondary school.
• 1 year experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
