We are a retail store specializing in floral arrangements . We are hiring a Flower Store Manager.

Benefits: 2 weeks holiday pay
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-Time. 32.5 hours per week

Job Duties:
Specialization/Experience (Flowers, Botanical Focus and Plants): Sales, Buying, Merchandise needs analysis, Product selection, Monitor Waste Reduction, Pricing, or Product Displays, Update Window Displays and In-Store Set-Ups, Oversee Daily Flower Processing, Water Replacement, Stem Cutting, Arrangements for various occasions
Specific Skills: Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets, Select and purchase merchandise for resale, Floral Design and Retail Operations, Maintain Fresh Floral Inventory, Ability to Lead 1-2 Staff Members, Work with Customers with Individual Needs, Track Orders, Custom Order for Walk-Ins and Online Orders, Keep Up with New Trends and Reflect Seasons for In-Store Setups

Types of Products: Flowers, Plants

Qualified Candidates will have:
• Minimum 2 years of floral retail experience
• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
• Floral Knowledge and Basic Care/Handling and Processing Techniques
