Floral Designer (NOC 53124) Job

General duties as:
• Design bouquets, corsages, sprays, wreaths and other floral arrangements and select natural and artificial flowers, foliage and decorative accessories to create arrangements or other floral items to suit customers' requirements.
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs
• Conceptualize, design, and create floral arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, and other decorative elements.
• Manage day-to-day business operations
• Sell products on a retail basis
• Clean work areas

Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary or apprenticeship
