Floor Technician Job

We are looking for a dedicated FLOOR TECHNICIAN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor maintenance, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities include cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing and maintaining various flooring surfaces.

Responsibilities:

-Sweep, mop, scrub and polish floors

-Operate floor care equipment (buffers, auto scrubbers, etc.)

-Strip, wax and seal hard flooring surfaces

-Clean & maintain carpets using proper techniques

-Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE

Requirements:

-Previous floor care experience preferred but not required

-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

-Reliable and able to work flexible hours if needed

-Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Benefits:
