Job Description：
We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of various floor coverings, including commercial carpeting, hardwood, linoleum, vinyl, and other resilient materials in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities：
• Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered.
• Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding.
• Measure, cut, and install carpeting using hand or machine stitchers, seaming irons, and bonding materials.
• Stretch and secure carpeting using knee-kickers, power stretchers, and stapling devices.
• Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings (e.g., linoleum, vinyl) using adhesives, rollers, and hand tools.
• Install hardwood floors, including strip, block, and plank floors, using glue, staples, or nails.
• Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
