JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring a Fleet Coordinator to support scheduling, reporting, documentation, and overall fleet operations. This role focuses on tracking fleet health, coordinating repairs, and working across teams to ensure vehicles are operational and processes run efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle downtime
• Monitor fleet health and track open issues
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and history
• Support reporting (daily, weekly, monthly performance tracking)
• Assist with technical documentation and process updates
• Perform quality checks on repair orders
• Support parts ordering and availability tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations
• Conduct shop safety inspections and submit reports
• Manage work orders, tickets, and maintenance tracking across systems
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or operations environment
• Familiarity with automotive processes or fleet operations preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams
• Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ticketing systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to travel up to 50% if required
FULL WORK SCHEDULE:
Current Shift:
• Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (100% onsite)
• Previous / Backup Schedule:
• Monday – Friday (with potential weekend requirement)
• Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
