At this time, Bosco Roofing is looking for skilled and qualified Flat Roofers who have the background and experience required to fulfill the role and possess expertise and safety in the use of torches and flammable materials. Handling open flames on top of elevated structures is an asset for this position. Applicants must possess excellent safety habits, high heat tolerance, manual dexterity, spatial awareness and be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities/Tasks
Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
Repair roofing systems
Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms

Experience and specialization
Area of specialization- Conventional and inverted built-up system, Modified roofing system, Single ply sheet membrane roofing system, Skylights
