Flat Bed Truck Driver Job

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Flatbed Truck Driver to operate heavy open-deck commercial vehicles and safely transport industrial goods over designated routes. In this role, your primary responsibility will be securing bulky, heavy, or irregularly shaped freight—such as steel, lumber, and machinery—using specialized straps, chains, binders, and tarps to ensure absolute stability during transit. You will conduct rigorous pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle safety inspections, ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and maintaining electronic logbooks for hours of service. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Class 1 or AZ driver’s license, a clean abstract, and the physical stamina required to handle heavy cargo-securing equipment in varying weather conditions. You will also coordinate directly with dispatchers and clients to navigate delivery sites safely, manage paperwork like bills of lading, and ensure the prompt, undamaged arrival of all shipments.
