Fitness Club Supervisor Job

- Assist Manager in providing administration and supervision for program services within the fitness members’ portfolios.
- Schedule events, programs and activities.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and managing performance of staff.
- Train staff in job duties, work and safety procedures, and company policies.
- Supervise and co-ordinate company’s activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation a variety of fitness training plans for members.
- Conduct New Member Orientation appointments and schedules.
- Assist members with special needs.
- Conduct regular members satisfaction surveys and deal with their complains.
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- Ensure smooth operation of fitness equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of fitness equipment and venues are up to standard.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of program activities and promotional materials.

- Previous experience working as an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
