Fitness Club Manager Job

· Manage on the activities in the fitness club, make the required arrangements, be in charge of the operations, form and give opinion about quality of overall service performance
· Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses
· Drive sales, retail and membership through customer relations and marketing
· Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make modifications as needed
· Recruit, select and onboard personal trainers and other staff members in order to develop a successful team of professionals
· Work closely with all departments to enhance fitness club culture
· Develop athletic and recreational programs and activities specifically for the club members and organize special events, advertise it accordingly
· Provide clients with answers to any questions they may have about proposed programs and activities
· Ensure the right equipment is available for all activities, and that it is also functioning properly
· Ensures staff keeps the locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas clean and welcoming at all times
· Order supplies required for certain activities
· Adhere to and enforce safety practices

· College diploma in the related field
· 1 year of previous experience

BENEFITS AND SALARY
· Permanent full-time position
· $34.07 per hour for 30-40 hours per week
