Requirements
• Completion of college diploma
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Attention to detail and client focus skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the fitness club, including group classes and personal training programs.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and business strategies to ensure high-quality services.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient resource use.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and administrative staff.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase membership and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
