Job Description:
• Prepare fish or seafood for further processing by cutting, cleaning, and trimming.
• Remove scales, cut fish into appropriate portions, separate fillets, and discard scraps using knives and other tools.
• Inspect fish fillets to ensure they meet size and quality standards, cut into specified sections, and pack into containers for weighing.
• Extract meat from shellfish in preparation for further processing.
• Weigh fish or shellfish, record weight, and pack fish in ice
