FIRSTLINE SUPERVISOR Job

Have a clear understanding of and the ability to perform every job at B&K Noodle, LLC (dba: Bon Korean Noodle); Oversee team members and ensure they complete all assigned duties and consistently serve safe, high quality food in a timely, friendly manner; Ensure all team members' training and certifications are completed to plan; Obtain good communication skills; Ensure all health and safety standards are always followed; Stay up to date with local health, safety, and labor regulations to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency; Train employees on updated policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards, ensuring that all staff members adhere to the latest industry and regulatory requirements; Update and assist the upper management with finding, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding future team members. Assign employees to specific duties, such as inventory stock and reorder of consumable supplies; Keep records of purchases, sales, and invoices, etc.

2+ YRS EXPERIENCE AS ASSISTANT MANAGER, FIRSTLINE SUPERVISOR, OR RELATED.
