First Line Supervisor Job

Direct and coordinate the overall services to customers-services include providing customers with friendly greetings and providing customers with menus and answer their questions. Oversee taking orders, quality control and customer satisfaction. Develop budget and oversee controlling costs; review weekly forecasts, capital expenditures. Manage and train staff, prepare work schedule and assign specific duties. Establish and implement restaurant's goals and procedures to support policies and objectives.

24 months of experience as First Line Supervisor or a Managerial position within an organization or 24 months of post-secondary education in any major.
