Duties:

-Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to keep a smooth workflow and consistent food quality.
-Oversee daily food prep and cooking, including hot dogs, toppings, and side items.
-Track stock levels of ingredients, condiments, buns, and equipment to avoid shortages and manage costs.
-Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, safe, and organized following food-handling standards.
-Train and guide kitchen employees on proper cooking methods, food safety, and store procedures.
-Assist in planning menu items, portion sizes, and simple recipes to maintain consistent taste and quality.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks OR completion of college or other
program in cooking or food safety OR 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience
