Benefit: 4% of gross salary as a vacation reimbursement or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Description
- Prepare and cook Korean foods such as Korean BBQ, Jjajangmyeon, Kimchi Jjigae, Pajeon, Japchae etc.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including opening/closing procedures and food safety protocols.
- Train cooks and kitchen staff in authentic Korean cooking techniques, food preparation, and specialized knife skills.
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a three-years apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
