Lead Commercial Fire Sprinkler Projects with a Growing Fire Protection Company
We're hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead commercial fire sprinkler installation projects throughout the Ashland, VA area.
If you have 5–7 years of fire sprinkler installation experience and enjoy leading crews, mentoring apprentices, and delivering high-quality work, we'd like to speak with you.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
As the Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you'll oversee commercial fire sprinkler installation projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train, and lead fire sprinkler fitters and apprentices on job sites
- Plan, lay out, and oversee installation of commercial fire sprinkler systems according to project drawings and specifications
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations
- Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and material needs
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local fire codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
- Conduct job site safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance
- Communicate project progress with project managers and customers as needed
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5–7 years of commercial fire sprinkler installation experience
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and OSHA safety requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- No fire sprinkler licenses or NICET certifications are required.
