Position Info:

Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage the daily retail operations of the store to ensure smooth customer service, sales activities, merchandising, and inventory control
• Plan, organize, and evaluate daily store activities, including staff scheduling, sales floor coverage, product display, and operational procedures
• Supervise retail sales staff, assign duties, provide guidance during shifts, and ensure employees follow company standards and customer service policies
• Determine the types of merchandise and retail products to be sold based on customer demand, seasonal trends, store performance, and local market needs
• Source, select, and arrange the procurement of merchandise for resale, while monitoring product quality, availability, pricing, and supplier reliability
• Implement pricing, discount, return, exchange, and credit-related policies in accordance with company procedures and retail business requirements
• Develop and carry out marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic, improve product visibility, and support sales growth
• Monitor sales revenue, inventory costs, operating expenses, and budget targets to help maintain profitable store operations
• Handle customer concerns, product return issues, staff matters, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
• Assess staffing needs, participate in recruiting and hiring retail employees, train new staff, and conduct performance reviews to maintain effective store operations

Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
