We are hiring holistic financial professionals to meet with clients remotely, explain financial protection options, and help them choose suitable insurance plans and financial products. This role includes training, mentorship, and a flexible schedule. Licensed and unlicensed applicants may apply.

About Our Company

Vortex Financial Collective is a woman-led team of independent financial professionals offering life insurance, retirement strategies, active wealth management, and financial education. We support new and experienced agents through training, product education, and access to a national team. Our parent company is Aegon, currently based in the Netherlands with 405B in assets under management, publicly traded on the NYSE and Euronext, and moving their headquarters to the US.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients by phone or Zoom to discuss their financial needs
Present insurance solutions and help clients apply for coverage
Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
Attend two weekly training sessions on products and business development
Attend two in-person conferences per year (winter and summer)
Stay current with licensing requirements
Optional: Build a team and participate in leadership development
Training

Life insurance products
Client needs analysis
Application and case submission
Compliance and licensing steps
Qualifications

Licensed Applicants:

Active Life & Health license in your state
Unlicensed Applicants:

Willing to obtain a Life & Health license in first 14 days
All Applicants:

U.S. or Canadian citizen or legally authorized to work
Able to pass a background check
Reliable internet connection and a laptop with camera
Professional, prompt, proactive, responsible communication skills
Able to attend weekly Zoom trainings
Able to attend biannual conventions in Las Vegas (summer) and southern CA or Nashville TN (winter)
Compensation

This is a 1099 commission-only position with unlimited income potential. Agents on our team may earn a combination of both active and passive income and build their own business within our team using proven systems. Agents own their own business and can pass on ownership to family members if they desire.

Typical income in Years 1–3: $50,570–$88,880
High performers may earn more
