Financial Specialist Job

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Serve as a finance specialist supporting overall financial operations, budgeting, and performance analysis within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize the company’s SAP-based financial management system to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and operational support.
• Analyze financial data using SAP reporting tools and prepare daily, monthly, and long-term budget reports and financial plans.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial performance evaluations to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial risk through integrated financial systems and data-driven analysis.
• Oversee financial reporting processes, including analysis of accounting records, financial statements, and profit and loss reports.
• Integrate financial processes with cross-functional departments (e.g., production, logistics, and procurement) to improve communication, data flow, and operational performance.
• Maintain and enforce company-wide financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Utilize system data to support inventory-related financial tracking and analysis of inbound and outbound material flows.
• Perform monthly closing and comprehensive performance analysis across business units, providing actionable insights to management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, and at least 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial management within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
