Financial Specialist Job

Job Duties:
• Analyze monthly profit and loss statements for trucking, warehouse, and logistics operations to identify financial performance trends.
• Forecast cash flow needs for fleet operations and evaluate capital requirements for equipment and maintenance.
• Conduct cost analysis of warehouse expenses, storage fees, and handling charges to recommend profitability improvements.
• Create budgets for trucking fleets, warehouse facilities, and dedicated client logistics operations.
• Evaluate labor, overtime, vendor payments, and utility expenditures to inform cost-control strategies.
• Monitor accounts receivable, driver payroll, and reimbursement claims to assess operational efficiency.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and financial models to illustrate performance results and projections for management and clients.
• Collaborate with operations managers and client representatives to align financial analysis with business objectives, etc.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field
