Duties are as follows:
Analyze financial data to identify our company’s financial status Conduct cost and benchmarking analyses Prepare budget reports Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans Design and review fiscal policies Identify investment opportunities Advise our senior management team on financial planning (e.g. acquisitions, mergers, and loans) Create forecast models based on current and past financial results Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the boat repair shop. Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team for decision-making purposes. Monitor and assess financial performance against established goals and benchmarks.
