Financial Services Professional (Training Provided & Remote) Job

Job description:
We are expanding and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals who want to build a long-term career in financial services. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, sales, coaching, or leadership who are ready to grow into a financial professional through a structured training and mentorship program.
You will be trained to help families and individuals with important financial decisions such as protection planning, retirement strategies, and long-term financial goals. No prior experience in financial services is required — we provide training, support, and a clear development path.
There is strong growth potential for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort.
What You’ll Do:
Work with clients to understand their financial goals and current situation
Help families with solutions related to protection, retirement, and long-term planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
Learn and apply proven sales and communication systems
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Manage some of your own schedule and daily activity level
Grow into leadership opportunities over time if desired
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
Coachable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Comfortable working with people and learning consultative sales
Background in customer service, sales, hospitality, fitness coaching, real estate, retail, restaurant, or similar fields is a plus
