Financial Planning Director – New York, NY: Plan, direct, and coordinate financial operations and strategic initiatives of the branch office engaged in wholesale banking services; oversee the development and management of corporate and institutional client portfolios, including credit lines, export/import financing, and international project finance; analyze financial performance indicators, prepare branch-level financial forecasts, and ensure compliance with internal risk controls and U.S. banking regulations; liaise with parent bank in Korea to align business strategies, reporting requirements, and cross-border transactions; direct the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and capital planning to support branch growth and profitability goals; manage treasury functions, including liquidity planning and foreign exchange exposure, in coordination with the headquarters.
