Job Title: Financial Operations / Wire Transfer Review Specialist
Pay rate: $26.32/hr W2
Location: South Jordan, Utah (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Start Date: October 6, 2025 (Hard start date – no flexibility)
Contract Length: 3 months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Start time between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM Mountain Time
Weekend Work: None
Interview Format: In-person panel interviews onsite (performance-focused)

Position Overview:
We are seeking 20 Asset Movement Reviewers to support a leading financial services firm in Utah. As an Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate, you will act as an extension of branch management by reviewing and validating financial transactions — with no phone work involved. This is a fast-paced, compliance-driven, and detail-critical position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review incoming and outgoing wire transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Validate signatures, account balances, and documentation as per internal policies
• Collaborate with branch associates, field service managers, and senior leaders to ensure seamless transaction processing
• Monitor a transaction queue and approve or reject wires based on defined criteria
• Protect client assets by applying firm, SEC, and FINRA guidelines
• Transition from classroom training to live production floor work after 2 weeks
• Participate in internal projects and technology pilots as needed

Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in administrative, financial services, operations, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proven reliability and punctuality (must communicate if delayed)
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
• Comfortable working in a queue-based system; no phone support involved
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must have two monitors when working remotely

Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree (strongly preferred)
• Background in finance or compliance is a plus
• Prior experience in wire review, fraud prevention, or compliance auditing a bonus

Training:
• Two weeks of onsite training is strongly preferred
• Full support provided to transition into production environment
