Financial Manager Job

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the finance and accounting department across multiple business units, including international trade and medical supply operations
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal control systems, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Lead long-term financial planning aligned with corporate growth strategy, including expansion in international markets
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and cost-benefit analyses
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Coordinate financial planning and budgeting processes across departments and develop and refine forecasting models to improve budget accuracy
• Evaluate and improve financial reporting systems and accounting procedures (e.g., ERP integration)
• Manage corporate cash flow, financing strategies, and banking relationships and negotiate financing terms with financial institutions to optimize capital structure
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of finance professionals and establish performance standards and professional development plans, promote a high-performance culture within the finance department
• Act as liaison between the company and financial stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors; and Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment evaluations where applicable
Requirement:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in in financial management or accounting;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager or in a comparable management position.
• Experience international trade, import/export, or healthcare/medical industry is highly preferred is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, international trade, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with financial and operational software systems.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
