Financial Manager Job

At this time, we are looking for a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our team. This role demands a proven self-starter with prior extensive experience in the financial sector.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, direct and manage overall financial operations in support of the company’s strategies and objectives
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control
• Develop and enforce internal financial controls and ensure their consistency with industry standards
• Review month-end activities, prepare financial management reports and cost-benefit analyses
• Control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure all financial targets are met
• Monitor and report to management on annual budgets, debt, personnel costs and other expenses
• Proactively identity and analyze issues and opportunities, provide recommendations to maximize profits and minimize financial risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related field
- MBA degree considered as asset
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance management / finance planning experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A high level of professionalism
- Fluent English
