We are now looking for a Financial Manager to take charge of the company’s accounts and financial procedure supervision. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our executives have the necessary insights to make well-informed decisions for the company's success. We will rely on this role to improve upon the current procedures and search for better ways of managing the capital assets.

Job Duties:
1. Direct financial analysis of the company's earning performance and contribute to the management decision-making process.
2. Develop financial strategies based on the company’s business directions, establish financial policies, and set up internal guidance to safeguard company assets.
3. Oversee accounting operations, manage budget allocation, and monitor company spending to ensure it meets our business targets.
4. Assess our company accounts’ risk levels, implement sufficient risk mitigation measures, and reserve an optimal amount of cash flow for emergencies.
5. Supervise the internal financial simulation, respond to the auditing process, and implement tax planning strategies that are in compliance with tax regulations.
6. Prepare and present financial statements, summaries, and forecastings to executives and stakeholders that facilitate the creation of more in-depth policies.
7. Research the industry competitors’ business models and form reports on how to adopt cost-effective methods that generate higher profit margins.
8. Hire, lead, and manage a team of financial professionals, while providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to all team members.
9. Negotiate financial contracts and agreements with potential business partners; take charge of the liaison with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting or relevant experience in a related field is required.
2. Three years of working experience in accounting, financial planning, or other financial-related activities are required.
3. Past experience in managing the financial department is an asset.
4. Knowledge of overseeing finance and accounting procedures as well as enforcing industry regulations.
5. Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet projects’ deadlines.
7. Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with the management and staff.
