Financial Manager Job

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of Hounen Solar, including budgeting, forecasting, identify business issue based on financial analysis.
• Conduct cash forecasting, monitor cash flow, and conduct in-depth analysis of businesses to analyze profitability and identify opportunities for cash flow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and providing guidance on internal controls as needed, and support external annual audit.
• Providing analysis support for CAPEX requests.
• Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of existing financial reporting and forecast models, providing recommendations, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and level of detail.
• Collaborating with Operations to identify and implement cost-saving.
• Month-end inventory count and supporting inventory management
• Develop and execute sustainable working capital improvement strategies in collaboration with finance leaders
• Work on inflation reduction act tax credits 45X with CPA firm for Hounen Solar.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field of study;
- Two years of experience in preparing finance statements, maintaining different financial transactions and finance reports; preparing tax return documents and filing tax returns for compliance;
- Two years of experience in preparing finance budget and forecast.
- Two years of experience in using finance ERP and WMS implementation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
